These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
For clients located in other EU member states, applicable consumer protection laws may provide additional rights that cannot be waived by these terms.
